Dry-Hopped Pilsner – Chad Bowman
Recipe for 10 gallon batch
Grain:
- 16 lbs. American pilsner
- 4 lbs. Louisiana rice
Hops:
- 1 oz. German Blanc 60 min.
- 2 oz. Mosaic dry hop at high krausen 4 days.
Mash schedule as follows:
15 minutes at 140
45 minutes at 152 or until conversion
Yeast:
Pitch WLP800 yeast starter yeast at 75 degrees
As soon as you see activity, ferment under pressure until you reach desired gravity. Then let rest two additional days for diacetyl rest with no pressure.
