Flaming Dr. Pepper
Pour 1 oz. amaretto and ¼ oz. grenadine into a shot glass and top with ¼ oz. 151 rum. Pour 8 oz. beer into a pint glass. Light the shot on fire, drop into the glass and drink immediately.

The Peacemaker
Pour ½ oz. Irish cream and ½ oz. Irish whiskey into a shot glass. Pour 8 oz. of Irish Stout into a beer glass (like a pint glass). Drop the shot into the glass and drink immediately.

Chocolate Truffle
Pour ½ oz. raspberry liqueur and ½ oz. chocolate liqueur into a tulip glass. Follow with 7 oz. Stout.
